Natural Neon Amazonite — Raw Neon Amazonite is a high chromatic saturation variety of Amazonite, a potassium feldspar from the microcline group with chemical formula KAlSi₃O₈. Its formation occurs in the same environments as conventional Amazonite — granitic pegmatites and hydrothermal veins — but in specific geochemical conditions that favor a higher concentration of lead (Pb) and water in the structural defects of the crystalline lattice. The intense, characteristically vibrant bluish-green color results precisely from this high concentration of these elements replacing potassium in the mineral structure. The greater the concentration of lead and the regularity of structural defects, the more saturated and "neon" the resulting tone, visibly differentiating it from common Amazonite. Hardness: 6 to 6.5 on the Mohs scale. Density: 2.56 to 2.58 g/cm³. Crystalline system: triclinic. Available variations, approximate data: 1 to 3 cm — Approx. 0.010 kg — 250 pcs per kg 3 to 6 cm — 0.030 to 0.150 kg — 30 pieces per kg 6 to 15 cm — 0.150 to 0.800 kg — 2 to 3 pieces per kg
